Broadcast Centre

The Broadcast Centre allows you to message groups of users and contacts with critical information about an unfolding incident. To ensure delivery, the broadcast centre has three types of messaging:

1. SMS messaging and voice to landlines 2. In-app messaging 3. E-Mail

We set up an SMS capacity for each organisation to ensure we can deliver messages within 60 seconds of sending. Sentinel’s broadcast system allows binary yes/no questions to be answered by users and contacts.

Results are displayed on a graphical interface to give a very rapid picture of the incident and allows controllers to focuses resources on the people needing attention.
