User Directory


The User Directory allows you to create an accessible hub of all relevant people in the organisation or company, including contact details for key external support personnel who may be needed to resolve the incident. The user data includes emergency contact details, a picture of the relevant person, their location and more. It can be linked to the company database or loaded via CSV.


The contact information in the App functions as an address book for employees to contact people within the company sorted by location or other criteria.
