The SPA Design Fire Sense Suppression Systems are specifi cally created for use in competition vehicles and off ers the latest in on board fi re suppression technology. Systems include SPA “Lite” AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) which are non-toxic ozone friendly extinguisher systems and the new APS (advanced propulsion system) is a new innovated dual system using just a single nozzle which exceeds the new FIA 8865-2015 standard.

A.P.S is a brand new technology developed by SPA Design Engineers to rapidly discharge fi re suppressant into the protected area. The new FIA 8865-2015 Standard necessitates a faster more robust system to tackle larger and more intense fi res. The RP-S kit is supplied with two systems Extreme Gas 2.5kg for cockpit and F500 Encapsulator for the engine bay. SPA Extreme Suppression system for Petrol, E85 & Diesel fi res containing Novec™1230 using Patent pending Nozzle design. F500 is an engine bay fi re suppression system for Petrol & E85 powered vehicles, this is a single outlet one Nozzle system, discharging the suppression fl uid rapidly into the engine bay, cooling the surrounding area and hindering free radicals released during the fi re event to prevent a reignition.
