TUNING


STRUT BRACES GAZ SHOCK ABSORBERS


Gazzmatic International Ltd., manufacture a very extensive range of adjustable dampers and suspension kits for the road and motorsport market. Gaz units are provided with an on car multi point adjustment facility that alters bump and rebound setting on a pre set ratio by a single control knob on the side of the unit. Classic and historic car application can be made with a variety of end fitting i.e. spherical bearings, metalastic or polyurethane bushes to suit most vehicles. All units are fitted with multiple seal systems to ensure greater durability. The piston rods are induction hardened and hard chrome plated to resist dirt and stone damage. All the bodies are zinc plated to help protect the units from corrosion. The units are all fully serviceable.


1 GAZ GT


A very extensive range of telescopic dampers for both modern and classic car applications. These units can be built in various open and closed lengths and will adjust bump and rebound off a single control knob.

A range of top adjustable inserts that alter rebound only but are available with various bump rates for road or competition cars manufactured from the 1960’s onwards.


GAZ GAI GAZ GS


This is a fixed spring seat unit to take standard diameter coil springs with the added benefit adjustable damping from a single control knob. These units are manufactured mainly for the classic car market to retain original equipment ride height but lengths can be adjusted to customer’s requirements if the car is to be lowered or raised for competition use.


4 GAZ GHA KITS


GHA (Gaz height adjustable) kits are designed for fast road use. Features single damping adjustment and shortened body/stroke lengths to allow -25 to -65mm ride height adjustment. The units have a coarse acme form thread for ease of adjustment and are zinc plated. Provided with high quality coil springs in various rates and diameters, rates can be altered on request to suit customer’s requirements. When coilover is unable to be installed a separate damper and rear coil spring with a variable spring platform is used so the kit retains full height adjustment.

5 GREEN STUFF


Greenstuff 2000 series is a world number one selling sport upgrade pad for lighter cars and sport compacts/hot hatches and provides a 15-20% friction level improvement on brakes over standard parts yet still within R90 limits and therefore fully street legal. A heavier duty 6000 Greenstuff range is offered for the 4WD market. Both compounds feature the EBC Brake-In™ coating for fast pad seating after install. R90 arroved, street legal.


6 RED STUFF


Surely one of the finest fast street brake compounds ever designed, the latest EBC Redstuff Ceramic compound with its high friction and low dust features is extremely popular on prestige cars and faster/higher horsepower imports for spirited street driving. These pads deliver superb stopping power from cold, right up to a blistering 1000°+ disc temperatures and continue to impress under all aspects of heavy braking. R90 arroved, street legal.


7 YELLOW STUFF


Yellowstuff is the EBC flagship material for better braking on 4WD and fast road cars alike, a great brake upgrade for all vehicles. The pads have highest heat capability and work well in cold and wet driving also. Pads are fitted with shims and chamfers for totally silent braking and feature the unique EBC Brake-In™ coating for fast seating of the pads after installation. R90 arroved, street legal.

USR SLOTTED REPLACEMENT BRAKE DISCS


Nitrotherm thin film black coated, the narrower multi slot design of the Ultimax sport disc and the progressive angle at which the slots are machined creates a quiet running sport disc. Made in the UK using British made castings. A great choice for prestige fast street cars where rotor slot wind noise is required to be at a minimum.

GD SERIES GROOVED REPLACEMENT BRAKE DISCS


Featuring British made high quality castings these GD discs have wide aperture groovesthat dispel dirt, dust and water better than any design and are a superb choice for off road and street driving alike. These discs run cooler and ensure flat and parallel pad wear to improve braking but these discs DO MAKE certain disc noise. Many performance drivers choose the GD series because of its outstanding benefits in cooling and cleaning vehicle brakes in the pad contact area.
