Company overview Pinnacle Solutions Incorporated (PSI), a software supplier and consultancy firm, was founded in 1992. It is headquartered in New Jersey, US. PSI’s flagship core banking system, Synergy, has materialised over the last few years out of a development at Commerzbank. The solution has been written for Microsoft .Net. Commerzbank remains the main user of the Synergy suite, running it across 20+ locations around the world, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe and the Middle East. Following the bank’s merger with Dresdner Bank, Synergy was also extended to Dresdner Bank’s operations. There is one other bank live with parts of the system, Rabobank, which uses it in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Chile, Mexico, Peru, and the US.
