TrailBuilders continues The Professional TrailBuilders Association (PTBA) and
the American Trails International Trails Symposium are proud to feature for a second Symposium the PTBA Sustainable Trails Workshop Series, Legacy Trail, Technical Track, and Outdoor Trade Show. Through this program, they important skills and techniques involved in the sustainable design, planning, construction, and maintenance of trails for all types of users in all types of environments. This series of
workshops will result in a local segment of sustainably and professionally built trail being left behind as a legacy of the Symposium and the PTBA Sustainable Trails Workshops.
Outdoor Demonstration Area and Trade Show
Don’t miss the Outdoor Demonstration Area and Trade Show which is one of the highlights of the Symposium. This is the only trade show in the nation dedicated to trail builders and trail building tools, technology, and techniques. The out- door demonstration area will have dirt, terrain, rocks, and logs for equipment demonstrations.
Silent and live auctions
at the Symposium The Silent Auction will take place during the Symposium in the exhibit hall at the Dayton Convention Center. The Live Monday, May 8 but these items will be displayed in the exhibit hall until then. We are looking for auction items (gear, services, etc.)! No item is too big or too small!
Volunteer opportunities
Calling all volunteers! If you can help a little or a lot, we have lots of opportunities for volunteers. An online volunteer form will be available soon. Volunteer opportunities include room host, registration assistant, exhibit hall set-up/break- down, and more. Volunteers receive a free “TRAIL BOSS” t-shirt, complimentary snack and refreshment area, free atten- dance to one on-site concurrent session for every four hours volunteered, and more!
