Seminar Programme
The facilities market is increasingly competitive, currently estimated to be worth £111 billion a year to the UK economy, so with this in mind the Facilities Management 2016 seminar programme has been specially designed to address the core issues that affect facilities professionals. This year visitors will be presented with over 25 free-to-attend, educational seminars focusing on three key themes – People, Politics and Policy.
Complimentary Shows
The remit of a facilities manager is getting wider, with more skills and knowledge expected to be incorporated within the basic role. Facilities Management 2016 is committed to providing its visitors with an experience to reflect this change. The show will once again renew its co-locations with Maintec 2016, the UK’s leading maintenance, plant and asset management event, and the Health and Safety event, run by Western Business Exhibitions, a leader in the health and safety sector. Of all the facilities management services, cleaning is the most likely to
be re-tendered or re-scoped at contract end and consequently buyers are always interested in meeting new suppliers. To meet this need, Facilities Management 2016 will also feature the Cleaning Zone, which provides a dedicated area for those buying cleaning products and services. The zone will include the top innovations from exhibitors such as iVo group, Disposables UK, SEBO and IRTS. Visitors will be able to access all three shows with one badge, offering relevant free-to-attend seminars and masses of show floor entertainment.
Networking Opportunities In addition to having three shows under one roof, those in attendance will have full access to the Networking Bar throughout the event, where they will have the opportunity to meet with industry peers and network with like- minded individuals. Don’t miss the Facilities Management 2016 official networking drinks, which take place on Tuesday 22nd March.
