#BTTE2025 FAQ'S

How many Travel Agents attend the show? Approx. 60 agents will take part in the speed networking segment of the event and 100+ agents on both evenings will attend. The Supplier Marketplace will see around 100+ agents each day.

What type of agents attend the event? All Northern Ireland Travel Agents are personally invited – free of charge to The BIG Travel Trade Event. This ranges from large independents to travel homeworkers.

Counter staff tend to attend the event on Day 1, owners, managers and assistant managers often attend on Day 2. Therefore, the event offers a large variety of agents to network with.

One of the biggest advantages of being a supplier is the opportunity to talk to agents from across the country who may not usually attend trade events. This is the biggest B2B Networking Event in Northern Ireland, so owners and managers ensure their staff attend.

The major consortiums hold their members meetings at the event and the biggest independent agencies hold their staff/managers meetings over the two days.

What type of Travel Companies take part in the event? A wide variety of suppliers and travel companies participate in the show ranging from airlines, airports, hotel groups, attraction providers, bed banks, car rental companies, cruise companies, ferries, theme parks, ticketing agents, travel add- ons, tour operators and trade associations. For 2025 we have 95+ companies involved.

What media attend the event? Northern Ireland Travel News cover the entire event through social media, online publications and nitravelnews.com. A Big Event Supplement will also go to print after the event for the July/August edition of NI Travel News. To be involved in this supplement please contact the team at NI Travel News.
