2m x 2m area (space for 2 pop-up banners) Table & chairs - seating for you and the agents Electricity is available & Wi-Fi is available for all guests free of charge and can be accessed by code (Please ask reception or BTTE registration desk). Please contact the BTTE Team prior to the event if you have any further AV requirements 2025 sees the return of the Best Stand Competition please decorate your stand the best you can or have any interactive elements that might give you an advantage in the competition!!

Supplier Lunch hosted by NI Travel News- all suppliers welcome! (Green Room, 12.45pm)
Night One hosted by The Spanish Tourist Office & Salou - 3 Course Meal & Drinks Vouchers (Malone Suite, 6:30pm).
Breakfast is included for all guests staying in the hotel (Green Room). Supplier Lunch- all suppliers welcome! (Green Room 2:30pm). Night Two Finale Dinner hosted by Jet2holidays, all suppliers are welcome to pre-dinner drinks & a seat at the finale evening (The Grand Ballroom 6:30pm) PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT HAS A BATTLE OF THE BANDS THEME AND THE DRESS CODE IS “GIG ATTIRE/ ROCK CONCERT”
SET UP AND DISMANTLING
The Main Exhibition is open FOR SET-UP from 5pm Monday 2nd June – set up can take place anytime from then until 12.45pm on Tuesday 3rd June, prior to exhibitors lunch in the Green Room at 12.45pm, before the Official Supplier Marketplace opening at 2:00pm.
All suppliers must ensure they dismantle their stands at 2pm on Wednesday 4th June immediately when the trade exhibition ends as the Grand Ballroom will be cleared at this point.
