Finished lubricant manufacturers can also develop new, sustainable high-tech product and market opportunities — but also formulate low-viscosity engine oils and driveline products to meet the most-stringent global OEM requirements for fuel efficiency and reduced CO2

and NOx emissions.

PURAGLOBE sustainable Group III+ base oil technologies can also be used to formulate eco-friendly automotive drive-line lubricants—such as ATF, MTF, CVT, DCT — for any vehicle, whether it powered by gas, diesel, or electricity.

BEYOND SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY: SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING & MORE… As we’ve already seen in the production of other products in various markets, sustainability is becoming an increasingly important differentiator.

And as awareness for sustainability increases, customers and consumers are more likely to demand not only sustainable materials — but sustainable methods as well. That’s why PURAGLOBE offers sustainable base oil products that can be formulated to lubricate the inside of an engine — but also used in manufacturing one.

PURAGLOBE’s sustainable solvents and base oil products are already being used to bring sustainability into various manufacturing and mechanized processes that require lubrication with sustainable metal-working fluids (MWFS), coolants, process and rolling oils, and more.

The notion of customers preferring sustainability — and businesses that use a “sustainable manufacturing process”— is much like the preferences for “grass-fed” beef, and “fair-trade”

coffee, which are have similarly become key differentiators in the marketplace.

CFP-CERTIFIED BASE OIL PRODUCTS Toward helping finished lubricant manufacturers meet the demands for greater sustainability — and prove their commitment to protecting the environment — PURAGLOBE offers a dynamic assortment of sustainable base oil products for classic lubricant formulations — and formulations that meet (carbon footprint) CFP-Certification according to ISO TS-14021 and ISO-TS-14067.

And like PURAGLOBE’s sustainable Group II, II+, III- products, which are currently available, their Group III+ products will be available in straight cuts and custom base oil grades for even the most demanding applications and specifications.

Likewise, PURAGLOBE’s current sustainable base oil products are available for formulations that meet API and ACEA certifications, and OEM approvals. And once available, PURAGLOBE will pursue API and ACEA

certifications, and OEM approvals for Group III+ base oil formulations as well.

A NEW BREED OF GRAPHENE-ENHANCED, SUSTAINABLE BASE OILS Aside from big ideas and innovations, like being the first to develop sustainable, CFP-Certified Group III+ base oil products, PURAGLOBE is advancing sustainable base oil technology even further — right down to the little things, like nano-molecules. For example, in collaboration with Applied Graphene Materials UK Ltd. (AGM), PURAGLOBE is developing sustainable base oils enhanced with graphene nano-platelets.

As awareness for sustainability increases, demand for sustainable materials — and sustainable methods will likely increase. PURAGLOBE’s sustainable solvents and base oil products bring sustainability into various manufacturing and mechanized processes.
