Carl Hansen & Søn

Six decades after the initial launch of the indoor-outdoor collection by Danish architect professor Bodil Kjaer, it has been relaunched by Carl Hansen & Søn. The series consists of a lounge chair, a small table, lounge dining chair, two-seater lounge sofa and a sunbed. Inspired by Cubism, Carl Hansen & Søn has revitalised the iconic furniture using solid teak that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The Fabric Collective Inspired by her passion for design, colour and her travels to India, Claire Worthington has designed an original new set of wallpapers for The Fabric Collective. Digitally printed in the UK on wide-width paper, the shown design takes inspiration from both black-necked cranes from the high Himalayas as well as a fl ock of parakeets Worthington stumbled upon in London.

The Lane collection by Barber & Osgerby will launch at this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week. Made from glazed porcelain, the 7.9 x 16cm tiles come in three designs – Base, Poly and Mono – and in white, black, grey, aubergine and terracotta. Each one is formed by a mix of different tones to allow for creative installation. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings, as well as walls and fl oors.

Sofas and Stuff

Kettal Kettal presents its new paint fi nish, called Glaze, which replicates the aesthetic qualities and feeling of warmth offered by ceramics. Designed by Doshi Levien, the new fi nish, suitable for aluminium table tops, is available in eight colours. The technical properties of the Glaze fi nish delivers the same level of durability and quality provided by aluminium coatings.

London Basin Company The new Amara basin by the London Basin Company features a hand- decorated porcelain design. Interior designer Anna Callis, who founded the company, drew inspiration from her travels to create her own interpretations of traditional Moorish patterns for this piece. Featuring a swirling silver embellishment, a distinctive fl ower shape and smooth satin fi nish, the collection measures between 39.7cm and 45cm in diameter and 14cm to 16.2cm high.

The new Finsbury three seater from Sofas and Stuff features a compact design with a modern retro feel. Featuring button detailing and dark stained legs, the piece is reminiscent of 50s style. Measuring 180cm-wide x 92cm-high x 80cm-deep, the frame is made using seasoned hardwood carefully selected from traceable and sustainable sources. The sofa is shown here upholstered in cameron paprika. Choose from American walnut or natural-coloured legs.
