CONDITIONS OF SALE • Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

CONCESSIONS • Concessions are available on selected concerts to patrons who produce suitable identification
• Concessions not requested at time of booking cannot be allocated later
• All discounts apply to full price tickets only
• Only one discount per ticket applies • Discounted tickets cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offers or concessions
• Family Tickets, where advertised, are available for 4 people with a maximum of 2 adults, the others being children aged 17 or under. Additional child tickets may be available, ask our Box Office team for advice.

THIRD LEVEL STUDENT STANDBY SCHEME
On production of suitable identification at the Box Office, third level students can avail of tickets for €5 one hour prior to selected performances. Please contact the Box Office on the day of the performance for possible availability of this offer. One ticket per student only.

Patrons are advised that children under the age of 5 will not be admitted to events which are unsuitable for children. Please contact the Box Office for recommendations regarding age admittance.
BABES-IN-ARMS • For family & children’s events, babes-in-arms (children under 12 months) will be admitted to the concert provided that they can be seated throughout the performance on the accompanying adult’s lap.
• Please inform the Box Office at time of booking to receive the free infant ticket.
