APETITO ADDS NEW DISHES TO


MEAL RANGE Apetito’s pioneering texture-modified range can make a big difference to older residents with dysphagia – a term that refers to chewing and swallowing difficulties. Care homes face a real challenge in ensuring that those residents receive nutritious meals that are not only appetising, but safe for them to eat.


With thick puréed options which are moulded to look like traditional meals and maintain their shape once cooked, the range offers residents a choice of quality dishes that look like a ‘normal’ meal, but are safe to eat – something that is incredibly hard to achieve in-house.


The products, all available in both twin and multi portions, have been launched to complement Apetito’s existing dishes which have become firm favourites with residents. Apetito has also extended its popular gluten free selections.
