PADDY POWER ISS has announced a new contract commencement with licenced bookmakers Paddy Power Betfair, one of the largest online and retail betting and gaming companies.
The new partnership with Paddy Power will see ISS provide technical services, including planned and reactive maintenance, to the Paddy Power property portfolio, which includes more than 600 retail shops and service centres across the UK and Ireland.

RED DOT For the second consecutive year, Nilfisk is amongst the winners of the Red Dot Awards for outstanding product design. After several days assessing products from across the globe, the Red Dot expert committee has announced that Nilfisk has won two Red Dot Awards at the 2017 awards.
The awards were given to two newly launched micro scrubber dryers from Nilfisk – the SC100 and SC250 – in the category Product Design 2017. Both were designed to provide a more productive and efficient alternative to traditional mop and bucket cleaning. The SC100 is the first upright scrubber dryer from Nilfisk, while the SC250 provides a Battery Management system for its high performance Lithium battery.
Professor Dr. Peter Zec, founder and CEO of Red Dot Awards, said: “The Red Dot winners have recognised that good design and economic success go hand in hand. The award by the critical Red Dot jury documents their high design quality and is indicative of their successful design policy”.
According to Domenico Coppa, Nilfisk’s Director of Product Management, Floorcare, both products were designed based on customer needs: “For the SC100 we wanted to develop a very lightweight solution that could easily be carried around. And for the Lithium Battery operated SC250 we wanted

ISS will focus on using technology to innovate and ensure smart delivery across the vast geographic spread of Paddy Power’s retail unit portfolio, via the 24/7 ISS Service Centre. The ISS Mobile Engineer network of more than 750 Mobile Engineers promises to deliver an efficient and customer- centric service delivery to Paddy Power.

The Red Dot Award is organised by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen, Germany, and is one of the largest design competitions in the world. The sought-after Red Dot is the revered international seal of outstanding design quality.
The micro scrubber dryers from Nilfisk were selected by a jury of around 40 independent designers,
design professors and specialist journalists who tested, discussed and assessed each individual product. For the 2017 awards the jury received over 5,500 entries from 54 countries.
