esprit Host von Schrader

Problems with cleaning fabric, leather or vinyl covered chairs? The Host von Schrader ESPRIT has a ‘built-in’ vacuum that removes the dry surface dirt and soil. A unique low moisture foam detergent is generated within the machine and applied to the fabric. Brushes provide agitation so that the detergent works effectively, loosening embedded soil and spills. Finally, the powerful vacuum removes the dirty detergent together with the embedded soil and other residues.

Because the cleaning detergent is applied as very low moisture foam, drying times are ultra fast and there is no requirement for other drying aids such as heaters or blowers. Fabric is left in an almost ‘ready to use’ condition. There is no danger of over-wetting and the consequent damage to fabrics and fillings. The brushes that agitate the foam counter rotate, thus ensuring no distortion to the fabric weave and this can be particularly important when dealing with delicate fabrics.

In offices or public amenities such as cinemas, single or multiple seating can be cleaned in situ and at remarkable speed, and here fast drying is often the key. Importantly, the ESPRIT has a detergent tank that ensures a five to six hour operating cycle, limiting trips to refill the tank.

Especially designed detergents and cleaners cope with a wide variety of fabrics and even leather can be cleaned with confidence.

evoWAsh Hydro Systems

Hydro Systems has launched the economical EvoWash dissolver for solid and powder detergents in dishwash applications.

“We are delighted to introduce this intelligent, easy-to-use and economical dissolving solution for use in industrial dishwashing scenarios,” said Alistair Blair-Davies, Global Director of Brand & Marketing Communications at Hydro Systems.

“Being economical with chemical products is important both in an environmental and a business context. Because the EvoWash features an integrated control unit developed by Hydro’s expert engineers, operators can ensure an accurate amount of chemical is added to every wash automatically through the use of an intuitive three-button programming system and display screen.”

The EvoWash includes Hydo’s bottle-lockout feature to prevent non-approved chemicals being used in the product – improving the safety of the dissolver and preserving customer’s investment in the equipment. Furthermore, a rinse saver feature prevents the waste of rinse additive during machine filling, and detergent conductivity measurement with adjustable control minimises detergent overuse. To prevent the system from using detergent unnecessarily during washer cleaning, a ‘Descale’ mode is also available.

Alongside this, the EvoWash is compact, lightweight and easy to install, with fewer connections (one quick-coupling). It is also prewired with integral solenoid and plumbing, while its bottle lockout feature prevents non-approved chemicals being used in the product.

Alongside an optional, integrated rinse pump, the EvoWash features simple, three-button programming of the integrated controller, while its rinse saver feature prevents rinse additive waste.
