BRIAN and Alan Cowan were the very first people to move into Lowther’s stunning new apartments in Yoker, but they weren’t alone for long. We’ve been able to put our own stamp on it and make it a home.”


Brian added: “We feel like we’ve found a


perfect middle ground. There are people more in need of social rented housing, and while we can afford to rent privately, some rates are really expensive. “Buying wasn’t an option for us with the


property market still being uncertain. With the amount of space we have – and the amazing views – we’d have to find something really special to be tempted to move anytime soon.”
