Over the past year, my team has been working hard to deliver an excellent service to all our customers. Over the course of 2015/16 we completed 7463 repairs and over 1800 customers have already signed up for our improved online services. You can find out more about how to sign up on page 7. I’ve recently been elected


President of the Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS). In this role I’ll work with members to further drive up property management standards. PMAS represents 37 professional


factoring firms in Scotland, promoting high standards and best practice across the industry and supporting members through research and training. This is an important role in the industry. YourPlace, along with other PMAS member organisations, is committed to offering a high standard of service to customers. We always welcome your

And there are finance packages available to help spread the cost. If you’re thinking about moving house, Saltire can also provide a competitively priced Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Any houses being put up for sale must have a valid EPC. There is also a range of services specifically targeted at landlords. Legislation is changing and there are now many more legal obligations that landlords need to meet.
