• 50ml Conker Cold Brew • 15ml Coconut Rum • 50ml Coconut Cream • •
50ml Pineapple Juice Pinch of Salt
Shake all the ingredients with ice and pour over an ice-filled tall glass.
Garnish with something dead fancy.
GASPARES’S BREW
• 35ml Dark Rum • 25ml Campari • 25ml Conker Cold Brew • 150ml Classic
For this dry and refreshing pick-me-up, build your brew over lots of ice in a hi-ball glass.
Garnish with a wedge of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
ORANGE RUSSIAN
• 50ml Conker Cold Brew • 25ml Orange Liqueur • 75ml Gold Top Milk
Swap out the vodka from a classic white Russian for orange liqueur.
Build over ice in a tumbler glass and devour selfishly.
TIRAMISU MARTINI
• 35ml Conker Cold Brew • 15ml Cognac • 15ml Vanilla Vodka • 25ml Creme de Cacao • Single Cream
Shake with ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Dry shake (no ice) single cream and float on top of drink. Dust with cocoa powder. Mind....blown.
COLD BREW G&T
• 25ml Conker Cold Brew • 25ml Conker Gin • 150ml Classic Tonic • Orange Wheel
Build you G&T’s as usual and float Conker Cold Brew on top, garnishing with orange. Or for a summery iced brew, hold fire on the gin for a refreshing Cold Brew and Tonic.
COLD BREW NEGRONI
• 25ml Conker Cold brew • 25ml Conker Gin • 25ml Suze Aperitif • Orange Wheel
The simple ones are often the best. Build over ice in a tumbler glass and stir for a few moments to allow dilution with ice melt.
