Conker Spirit is is the brainchild of founder Rupert Holloway, who ditched his career in 2014 to set up Dorset’s first gin distillery. His plan was for Conker Spirit to do everything themselves, the right way, with a focus on quality without the gimmicks or shortcuts. Conker Spirit are the real deal; the distillers, the bottler labellers and even the botanical foragers. In April 2015 we launched the Dorset Dry, a bright and refreshing take on a London Dry with the Dorset notes of elderberries, marsh samphire and hand-picked gorse flowers. Conker Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is an uncompromising tribute to Dorset-roasted espresso. No flavourings, colourings, extracts or thickeners in sight. Pocketful of Stones Distillers are a small craft distillery in Long Rock just outside of Penzance. We strive to produce everything with the utmost integrity to our craft and respect for the ingredients and the environments that influence our recipes. Currently producing two gins, a classic dry gin and a cucumber infused gin. We have just released our Cornish Summer Cup
with an Absinthe due imminently and plans are in progress to get some whisky and possibly some brandy stocks laid down. We support the Cornwall Wildlife Trust and by drinking our products you are helping to support them as well. For every bottle sold we donate to the trust.
