MONDAY 13 MARCH Merrow Village Bowling Club - Signing On evening for the new outdoor season, from 6pm onwards at the Merrow Village Club, Epsom Road. New members welcome.


MONDAY 13 MARCH Outlet Group. Come and join us for our next meeting at Merrow Methodist Church, Bushy Hill Drive to hear our speaker Carole Ransom. The title is simply “Knickers” and will include history and fashion; this should prove to be a very interesting evening! Coffee and tea from 7.30pm. Speaker starts at 8pm. All are welcome! Cost £2. THURSDAY 16 MARCH Coffee morning at Merrow Methodist Church, Bushy Hill Drive, from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. We are raising money for Traidcraft. The organisation helps fight poverty through trade - helping the poor in developing countries to transform their lives. Please join us for coffee


and cake and help us to support their continuing work. Goods from the Traidcraft organisation will be on sale, so come and stock up on your favourite items. All are welcome - we would love you to join us in supporting such a worthy cause.


SATURDAY 18 MARCH Clandon Park Run in aid of George Abbot School PTA. Starting in Great Goodwin Drive, entrance is by voluntary donation. Every penny benefits the George Abbot School PTA which funds additional resources to benefit students. The suggested voluntary minimum donations are: 10k run = £18 (under 18 years £15); 4k run = £10. You can enter the event at: https://charity.kellystorage.co.uk/ Events/2017/Clandon-Park-Run/Register. With a 10k, 4k and kid’s activities, there is something for almost everyone.

MONDAY 27 MARCH Merrow Residents’ Association Annual General Meeting at 8pm at St John’s Centre, Epsom Road. The evening will include discussions on local issues, updates on recent planning applications and an opportunity to ask questions.
