news Seminar on selling your business
BCMS, the leading adviser in the sale of privately-owned businesses, is planning a breakfast seminar in Reading, in association with law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys and The Business Magazine
Building and Selling a Business in the Thames Valley is the title of the seminar, where the audience will hear tips, analysis and real-world advice from business owners who have already sold.
Planned for Tuesday April 4 from 8am to 10.30am, the seminar will be held at Harrison Clark Rickerby’s offices at Green Park, Reading.
Among subjects discussed will be:
• Should you sell to a trade buyer, organise a management buyout (MBO), or keep the business in the family?
• Are you already on another company’s radar? Has someone made an offer to buy your business?
• Is succession planning and exit strategy really necessary? • If you decide to sell, what is life like through and after the acquisition process?
Following a dedicated Q&A session, delegates will leave with a complimentary information pack full of advice, analysis and tips on how to approach a potential sale.
