DO SP PRICES INCLUDE VAT? SP prices do not include VAT. If you are an individual or an organisation that is required to pay VAT do not forget to add this amount to your order at the current rate. Please do not add VAT to the cost of any books ordered as these are currently zero rated*. The rate of VAT is currently 20%. *Information is correct as of 01/01/2016 but is subject to any changes made by the UK government.
CAN I OPEN A CREDIT ACCOUNT? SP will open accounts for established UK businesses and organisations, subject to receipt of a satisfactory credit rating. Unfortunately we cannot offer credit accounts to individuals. Credit account application form on page 353
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? SP will usually aim to despatch any UK orders that are made before 3.00pm and held in stock on that same day. Your receipt of the order will usually be within 2-3 working days. UK overnight delivery is also available at a small additional cost.
