Homebuyers could fast-track the sale of their current property with help from a new scheme which Noble Homes have introduced at selected developments.
The YPG in association with Run Until Sold Advertising
Noble's Assisted Sale scheme determines a recommended sale price based on valuations from two independent estate agents and aims to sell the property within six weeks. As part of a six-week marketing campaign the property is promoted online and via approved local estate agents. Once a buyer has been secured and any chain has been completed, the homeowners pay the £500 reservation fee on their new Noble home but are not required to pay any marketing or agents' fees for the sale of their current property.
Noble Homes Sales & Marketing Manager, Janine Bellamy, said: “Our Assisted Sale scheme is available on selected plots at Inspire in Earlsheaton, the Chestnuts in Pontefract and Limetrees in Pontefract. If you have a home to sell, you just need to choose an applicable plot to purchase and we assess the suitability of your current property for the scheme, based on reports from two independent estate agents. If we are able to set a sale price and everyone is happy to proceed, you just fill in a reservation form and leave the rest to us for the next six weeks. You get all the benefits of our marketing resources, including a For Sale board, as well as the expertise of local estate agents without paying the cost of

When it comes to idyllic locations they don't come much better than Redrow'sWoodlands development in Horsforth, near Leeds, amid evidence that living amongst green spaces can seriously improve people's health and well-being.
This collection of 125 executive new homes is the 'jewel in the crown' of Redrow's wider Horsforth Vale development, which is transforming a former industrial area close to the River Aire, Leeds- Liverpool Canal and open countryside.
Redrow's entire development features parkland, dry stone walls and a myriad of green spaces.
Previously the site of the old Riverside Mills, off Low Hall Road, Woodlands boasts large numbers of protected trees and public footpaths linking with the River Aire. Such is its beauty that Redrow is only developing around 10.5 acres of the 19-acre site for housing, with the rest left as managed woodland and open space.
“Woodlands truly offers the best of town and country,” says Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) sales director Patsy Aicken. “We're providing some exceptional three, four and five-bedroom new homes and, at the same time, those homes are enveloped in a landscape that includes swathes of mature
woodlands featuring primarily Goat Willow, Silver Birch and Sycamore, plus the occasional mature Ash and Oak”.
Current availability atWoodlands includes four-bedroom Kenilworth townhouses from £344,950, semi- detached Yorks from £404,950 and the five-bedroom detached Blenheim at £749,950, with more four-bedroom styles to be released for sale soon.
