Step 11: Shulchan Aruch Eating the Festive Meal We are now ready to eat. The meal is called “Shulchan Aruch (set table)” because a meal is a total experience. It is customary during the meal to focus on the themes of the evening.

Step 12: Tzafun Eating the Afikoman Following the meal we eat the Afikoman (the larger half of the middle Matzah that we broke in Yachatz). The Afikoman is referred to by the word Tzafun, hidden, because it has been hidden away, from the beginning of the meal and is enjoyed as a dessert.

Step 13: Barech Reciting Birchat Hamazon We conclude the meal by reciting the Birchat Hamazon - Blessing on nourishment, a set of Hebrew blessings that follow a meal in which we say thank you to Hashem.

Step 14: Hallel Sing Songs of Thanks Hallel also means ‘to praise’. We fill Elijah's cup with wine and our own fourth cup. We open the door for Elijah the Prophet who comes to visit every Seder in the world. We sing songs of praise for the great miracles G-d performed for the Jewish people.

Step 15: Nirtzah G-d’s Promise to accept our Service Unlike the previous 14 steps, this final step is not expressed by prayer or action. It is beyond words. Accepted favourably by G-d, we are ready for the final and complete Redemption. The Seder concludes with the wish, recited joyously together:
