The leading school bus administrator for the state of North Carolina will also provide updates on what school districts there are doing as well as data gathered by the state and by NASDPTS.

You’ll walk away from this workshop with easy-to-implement behavior management “tools” for your team of drivers, and ideas to use in your own safety meetings.

Fleet Replacement Strategy Presenters: Daniel Schultz & Kevin Talley Amid today’s environment of increased budgetary constrictions, the transportation director and fleet manager for an Iowa school district will share insights on best practices for procuring newer vehicles in the most cost- effective manner possible to increase safety and efficiency of an operation.
