SAN DIEGO — Anglers of all ages and experience levels are invited to partake in the Port of San Diego’s 37th annual Day at the Docks on April 17. The event kicks off San Diego’s 2016 fishing season and features fishing vendors, live music and a chance to board the San Diego sportfish- ing fleet. Fishing seminars are scheduled throughout
