More times than not, the REGISTERED serviceblue returned to use, from about summer 1865 to sum-
marker was also used as the killer, the rule not to usemer 1868. (Or were these colors used simultaneously
the dial for this purpose developed in 1863. Thus, itthroughout? More covers need to be recorded.)
