Gliding into Nirvana
A few great places to cross-country ski

NORDIC SKIING HAS become one of my favourite activities during
our wonderful winters as it provides me with the space and place to
realign my psyche and physical self. The repetitive movements of the
entire body swooshing along the trail for hours — surrounded by a
mountainous landscape blanketed with layers of sparkling white snow
— is the closest I’ve come to Nirvana.
It’s also an activity that can be done that I also enjoy, but for different reasons.
