Proms in the Park SAVE THE DATE!


Proms in the Park will feature as part of our exciting outdoor events programme for 2017.


This popular annual free family event will be held again in the picturesque setting of Whatman Park on Saturday 27 May 2017.


We’ll be announcing all the top acts who will play at the event soon so keep a look out for further updates by visiting our website www.maidstone.gov.uk or www.visitmaidstone.com

Why not report it to us online?


The next major election for Maidstone is the Kent County Council election which will be held on Thursday 4 May 2017.


The deadline for receiving new applications to register to vote is Thursday 13 April 2017.


If you aren’t registered to vote, you won’t have the chance to have a say on who represents you.


To register you can go online now to www.gov.uk/register-to-vote and complete an application form or alternatively email electoralservices@maidstone.gov.uk to request a paper form.


You can download the form from www.aboutmyvote.co.uk. After completing the form, you'll need to print it, sign it, and send it back to the Electoral Services team by email or by post.


The deadline for postal vote and postal proxy vote applications is 5pm on Tuesday 18 April 2017.


The deadline for receiving proxy votes is 5pm on Tuesday 25 April 2017.
