2012 Forecast - Riding the Wave


The question on many lips will be what will happen on 21 December, 2012. Will the world grind to a spectacular halt? Are we standing on the precipice of an amazing, unprecedented new world - an evolutionary shift? The answer is up to each one of us. Those who are living a material life will see chaos all around them. Those who are sensitive and aware have already felt the huge changes that have been building for many years and are having a very different experience.


On the 2012 Winter Solstice there will be a celestial alignment of the Earth, the Sun and the Galactic Equator of the Milky Way Galaxy, taking into account the 25,920 year precessional cycle. As the Winter Solstice is the annual day of greatest darkness, so the cycle known as the Great Year is a time when our solar system is at the darkest point in its cycle.


The Mayans chose this specific date because they knew that two vast cosmic cycles were culminating around this time and the Winter Solstice was sacred to them. It mirrored the cosmic cycle of birth, death and re-birth. We are already in a planned window of opportunity that started in 1987.


The potential of 2012 can best be described by the Hopi Map of Choice. This ancient map shows a fork in the road with the choice of two paths - a high road and a low road. The 2012 experience will depend on each person’s individual choice. There will increasingly become a greater separation. As the economic woes escalate with another market crash on the cards, there is a choice to create abundance from within in spite of what is happening globally. Rather than feeling at the whim of an outside force you have the choice to live in a higher flow of synchronicity.


There is no good news for the economy as Pluto will remain in Capricorn until 2024. The purpose of the financial meltdown is to purify the system of greed and capitalism in order to provide a fairer and more unified system that will best serve a new world. The old ways can no longer survive. The sooner this is achieved the quicker the recovery will be.


During the last four years the biggest planetary players changed sign. Pluto into Capricorn in 2008 (the financial meltdown), Saturn into Libra in 2009, Uranus into Aries in 2011 (the riots) and in 2012 Neptune enters its own sign of Pisces.


Uranus in Aries gives the courage and impetus to fight for our personal freedom and the right to express our own individuality. On 24 Jun Pluto makes the first of seven exact squares, which will occur over the next three years. This also brings a desire for personal empowerment.
