The cover sheet should include your name, telephone number, box number, and category number.
Haikus will not be returned.
The poems must be original, in English, and follow the tradition 5–7–5 syllable count.
A maximum of four entries per person will be accepted.
All haikus must be on one sheet with only the haiku included.
CATEGORIES:
1. Kindergarten– 4th Grade
2. 5th–8th Grade 3. 9th–12th Grade 4. 18 years & up
All entries must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 20. Complete rules and cover sheets are available at the base library and at

Entries may be hand delivered to the Overstreet Memorial Library or mailed to
MISAWA BASE LIBRARY, 35 FSS/FSDL, Unit 5019, APO, AP 96319-5019
