ing the two sponsors, Cummins and Scania. It was also noted that we have a new sponsor next year, Liferaft Services of York, which were also present for the Banquet. The budget was discussed saying that the Asso- ciation’s had about $7,000 in the checkbook before the outstanding invoices for awards and the banguet were paid. Next came the election of offi cers. It was asked if there were any volunteers for any of the offi ces, but no one stepped forward. It was then proposed that the same slate of offi cers be re-elected. This was second and all voted in favour. Following the season’s ten races some

looked to see what changes needed to be made to either the racing rules or the rac- ing classes. This year there were really no suggestions so at the Annual Meeting no changes were made and no one suggested any.

With this, the only item left on the agen-

da was next year’s calendar. The only real decision was would they like the Banquet at Robinson’s Wharf next year. Another option was Portland, but it was pointed out that the hotels are too expensive. All agreed to returned next year.
