• IT services provider Taylor Made Computer Solutions, based on the Cams Hall Estate in Fareham, has appointed Hannah Powell as marketing manager, eight years after she worked on the account at a Hampshire marketing agency. Powell joins Taylor Made from digital-marketing agency Jellyfish Livewire. She was previously marketing and events manager at Hampshire Economic Partnership. She will be responsible for developing and overseeing Taylor Made’s overall marketing strategy, events, and internal and external communications.


• Emirates Spinnaker Tower has welcomed Abbey Miller to its hospitality team as the new sales and events co-ordinator. Miller joins the team from Hotel du Vin in Brighton. She said: “It’s an incredible venue, and I’m really looking forward to showcasing it and developing new business.” With the breathtaking 350˚ panorama of the South Coast it provides, the 170-metre tall viewing tower is an attractive venue. On a good day the views stretch out for up to 23 miles over the historic harbour, the Solent and the Isle of Wight.


• Tim Miles and Lisa Guelfi, two senior solicitors with combined experience of more than 25 years, have joined the growing social housing team at the Southampton office of Blake Morgan. The pair were previously at Capsticks where they supervised the social-housing plot sales and asset-management teams. Both have worked for some of the country’s largest housing associations, and have acted on several politically-sensitive regeneration projects and nationally-recognised schemes. Their clients have included most of those in the G15 group of the largest housing associations in London.


• Sian Rowland and Jackie Rushton, two newly-qualified solicitors, and Emily Harvey, a new associate solicitor, have joined Lester Aldridge’s real estate team at its Southampton office. Harvey is an experienced property lawyer who was previously in-house at the New Forest district council. She has over 10 years’ experience in real estate.


• Southampton-based constuction consultancy Evolution5 has appointed Will Wyley to the position of senior project manager. Wyley will be based at Evolution5’s headquarters in Hedge End. He will provide project- management services for clients in a range of sectors and bolster Evolution5’s bid team for new consultancy commissions. He has 13


• Clarke Willmott LLP has strengthened its corporate and commercial teams at its Southampton offices by making two senior appointments. Richard Swain has joined the corporate team as partner. He joins from Coffin Mew where he has advised businesses and individuals in the Solent region since 2000. He has been ranked in The Legal 500 where he was “unconditionally recommended”. His main role will be to advise on all aspects of corporate law, specialising in business and share sales, acquisitions, MBOs, mergers/ demergers, debt/equity, fundraising and investments. Amy Kerr, also from Coffin Mew, will join the corporate team at the end of the month as senior associate. She specialises in corporate agreements.
