The Easter holidays are on the horizon and the weather is warming up so why not get out and about and enjoy some of the great seasonal produce being served at one of your local eateries.
Liz, the proprietor, of the Krishna Indian Restaurant, Headcorn, says '' Our Fish Night is so popular now. I enjoy going to Billingsate really early in the morning to see what fresh fish they have. We will probably start with mussels cooked in coconut milk, mustard seeds and curry leaf, spicy fish cake with roasted baby tomatoes ........ I hope to get fresh Huss or Monkfish as they are particularly good marinated and cooked in the tandoor. We always have sea bass very lightly spiced and let's see what else we find.'' We recommend you book early!
