AWARDS PROPERTY COAST

SOUTH

Trio of firms joins new line-up of sponsors

Lester Aldridge, McCarthy & Stone and Dutton Gregory are among the latest firms to join the prestigious list of sponsors for the inaugural South Coast Property Awards, which takes place at Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton, on July 7

Law firm Lester Aldridge, which has offices in Bournemouth, Southampton and London, will sponsor the ‘Development of the Year’ category at this prestigious black-tie event, with more than 300 guests already booked to attend.

Also joining the team are Bournemouth-based housebuilder McCarthy & Stone, which takes on sponsorship of the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award, and Dutton Gregory, the Hampshire and Dorset law firm, which will sponsor the drinks reception at what looks to be a hotly-contested property awards, staged by The Business Magazine.

Meanwhile, the judging panel is taking shape and will include representatives of the Southampton Property Association, Portsmouth Property Association and Bournemouth Property Association, all of which support the event.

Also participating as judges will be Southampton City Council’s chief executive Dawn Baxendale and Southampton Airport’s managing director Dave Lees.

Finalists who attend the SCPA gala dinner will be entertained by Tiff Needell, television presenter and former F1 racing driver, who will be the evening’s master of ceremonies.

Tables can now be booked for the awards night. A table of 10 is priced at £1,500 ex VAT and includes three- course dinner and half a bottle of wine per person, plus drinks reception.
