that offers unbounded travel and ultimate freedom? Recreational ve- hicles made their debut in the early 1900’s and since then the RV industry has shown no signs of slowing down.
Throughout the years, RVs such as motorhomes, fifth wheels and trailers have commonly been perceived as a summer vacation activity, but with today’s technology they can offer so much more. The RV industry is booming with models that allow RV’ers to experience the country from coast-to-coast all year-round. Combining cutting edge technol- ogy and state of the art construc- tion, four-season RVs provide com- fort and ultimate convenience in scorching summers and icy winters.
There are two main types of RVs that can provide four-season comfort for full-time families: motorhomes

and fifth wheel trailers. People often find it tough deciding between these two types of units when living full-time in an RV. Motorhomes are exactly what they sound like -- offering all the comfort of home but on wheels! Travelers will also often tow a car behind their “rig” to use for quick errands when parked at a destination. A fifth wheel, on the other hand, is towed by a pick- up truck using a special hitch and provides campers with ample living space and lots of storage.
A motorhome combines transporta- tion and living space providing trav- elers with a cab area as well as a full living area. While motorhomes are available in three different classes, A, B and C, the best four-season features are often showcased in Class A motorhomes. These luxury bus-like vehicles are built on heavy- duty frames and are commonly used for full-time traveling because they provide many home-like fea- tures such as modern kitchens and open concept layouts.
