OK, were among the eight youth AQHA hosted during the National Youth Racing Experience at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie during the Bank of American Challenge Championships November 6-7. The youth were matched with trainers to allow them to experience the daily life of a racing barn. In the afternoons, they attended informational sessions on various aspects of the industry. Texas POA Club’s November 7 show, held at Top


Rail Cowboy Church in Greenville, had rain early in the day but was a good show anyway. Daily high-point cham- pions were Kaiser Stout (leadline), RQT Southern Tradi- tions (9&u/Jaden Dixon), Chips Are Smooth (10-13/Kyle Phillips), and RQT Traditions By Design (novice/Keeley Sims).


The Fall Dressage in the Hill Country Show was


held November 8, at Dripping Springs Ranch Park. Com- petition ran from 7am to 7:30pm, and that included 3 hours of western dressage. Champions included Brenda DeWitt (classical-sr), Cassie Argento (classical-jr), Laura Fenell (western-sr), and Jewel New (western-jr).
