Policy and Public Affairs (PPA) The RCOG has a new PPA department


whose remit is to expand the College’s policy work. We are looking for Fellows, Members and Trainees to work with us – you will be providing expert clinical advice on the implications of government policies on NHS services. Examples of potential work streams include input into government consultations and policy recommendations. If you are interested in getting involved with our PPA work, please contact Gerald Chan, Director of Policy and Public Affairs (gchan@rcog.org.uk).


Contribute to RCOG journals The College publishes two journals, BJOG and TOG, and we encourage anyone working in women’s health to submit articles for consideration by the Editorial Board, conduct reviews for the journals or take part in our journal clubs.

Global health If you’re passionate about women’s health globally, the RCOG has many different opportunities for you to get involved – both in the UK and overseas. Volunteers can bring about real improvements to women’s health care and help save women’s lives by piloting toolkits or undertaking international fellowships.
