is the 2015 Nebraska SuperTech Champion. Sponsored by the Nebraska Trucking Association, Nebraska SuperTech is Nebraska’s premier skills competition for professional commercial vehicle technicians. Ninety-four competitors registered to take


the qualifying online, ASE-style test. Te top 16 from the online test advanced to the hands- on skill stations final round which was hosted by Central Community College in Hastings, Neb. on July 23.


As the Nebraska 2015 SuperTech winner,


Mike will receive transportation and lodging paid to go on to represent Nebraska at the National SuperTech competition September 21-24 in Orlando, Fla. Tat competition is hosted by the American Trucking Associations’ Technology and Maintenance Council. Second place winner was Tom Martinosky


of Interstate Power Systems, while Abe Meyer of Truck Center Companies placed third. Additional winners won cash prizes, including the station winners. Following are the winners


from each station. Abe Meyer, in addition to placing third,


also received the First Time Competitor award, earning the highest overall score among the first time competitors. Tis year, a student competition was also
