Kempo Karate may appear to be a combination of Karate and Aikido. It has punching, kicking, and blocking techniques as well as throws, escapes, gliding & redirecting techniques.
Hapkido means the way of harmony and force or the art of coordinated power. As an art, it teaches self confidence, self discipline and when a fight is unavoidable…… self-defense. It seeks not to overpower an attacker with strength, but with techniques that turn an attacker’s own force back at them.
Northern Shaolin Green Dragon Kungfu that combines the smooth fluid internal movements with the harder external elements, stressing an equal balance of Yin & Yang. The Snake, Monkey, Tiger, Dragon, Crane & Eagle are a few of the animals honored. The striking of nerve points and meridians also play an important element in this formidable system.(CRM)
