(mashed potatoes mixed with left over vegetables - mix and form into patties)


1/2 g fresh chives for garnish

Pan fry bubble and squeak patty Grill black pudding slice Grill bacon until crispy


Reduce mustard and cream in a pan and pour over bubble and squeak mix


Place black pudding and streaky bacon on top


Poach egg in a deep pan of boiling water with a little vinegar


Place poached egg on top Garnish with chives
