Family fun at Battersea


ou don’t need an excuse to visit Battersea Arts Centre’s beautiful town hall building, but the shows for all ages at half-term and Christmas are particularly great moments to plan a trip. Previous shows have included The Good Neighbour, an interactive adventure investigating the hidden stories of Battersea and Antarctica, a magical adventure to the South Pole with songs and puppets. No two shows are alike and all promise to be fun for the whole family.

The building also houses The Bee’s Knees, a magical indoor play space for 0-5s and their carers, filled with activities and games. With the family friendly café across the foyer, serving delicious drinks and bites to eat, Battersea Arts Centre is a great place to hang out any day of the week, but don’t miss the final Saturday of each month, when families take over the building for a day of free activities.
