Learn How to Heal Thyself C
hiropractic doctor Steven Klayman,
owner of Klayman Holis- tic Chiropractic Clinic, will teach pain relieving techniques in a workshop designed for both health professionals and the general public from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., March 14. Klayman will present information on muscle testing, or kinesiology, and teach participants to practice its application to relieve health issues such as back and sac- roiliac pain, acid reflux, asthma, headaches, hemorrhoids, and knee and joint pain. “These techniques are so easy that anyone can learn
how to do them on themselves,” says Klayman. “I have taught many of my patients to do these. The acid reflux technique I developed myself.” Klayman was inspired by the late Victor Frank, a chiro-
practic doctor who developed the Total Body Modification (TBM), a comprehensive system of alternative healing. Klay- man cites how Frank often described the human body as a self-healing mechanism, and with proper and timely care, the body can heal itself. Klayman is a chiropractor with offices in South Austin.
Building upon TBM principles, he co-developed the TBM Allergy Harmonization Technique, as well as the pelvic balancer device. He has been practicing chiropractic for 30 years and has incorporated holistic theories and meditation into his clinic. Workshop attendees are advised to wear relaxed cloth-
ing. Klayman notes the seminar is not designed to cure, treat or diagnose any medical conditions. If one has a health prob- lem, they should consult their doctor first.
