MOUNTAIN STATES TRAILER We are an “R Stamp” and ASME certified


trailer repair shop that opened in Billings in August of 2013. We specialize in tank trailer service and repair, but will work on any type of truck or trailer. Our 13 service mechanics/ welders average over 20 years of repair experience in the heavy duty industry. We currently have 21 employees operating out of the Billings facility. And our home office in Salt Lake City has roughly the same amount of employees. We are openings a tanker repair shop north of Greeley Colorado, which will be operating byDecember of this year.

established September 1999 a full sales, parts and service FreightlinerDealership. Owners Corey and Jeannie Biggers started this business and partnered with Billings Truck Center so RMTC was able to be a selling dealer. In 2004, Corey and Jeannie purchased the shares that Billings Truck Center owned and Elite Truck & Trailer, Inc. was formed. Since our valued customers knew the business as Rocky Mountain Truck Center, the name was kept as the dba. This company was started with Corey, Jeannie and 1 technician, Keith Nylander. Keith is still with the company and is the lead technician.We currently have over 13 technicians, 6 parts personnel, 3 truck sales people, , an administrative staff, and several part-time employees.We have been a TrailMax Equipment Trailer dealer since 2005 and the number one selling dealer in the nation since 2007. We acquired the Kubota Franchise in 2009 rounding out our company. Rocky Mountain Truck Center moved into their new facility in January of 2006, we are open 7 days a week.

Being a smart business man, he notes it saves him money on road and fuel taxed and wear and tear on him as he does not have to do logs. He also noted that he loves the GPS system. Allen is a credit to our profession. He is always on time,


safe and willing to help. Allen also has 4 million plus miles that are accident free. RW

DAVID WEBB Jim Palmer Trucking


For the 18 yearsDavidWebb has been with Jim Palmer Trucking he has proven to be a


very safety conscientious driver accruing over 2.2. million miles. While Dave was in the Army, he began his driving


career and served as a battalion driver training instructor for several years. After leaving the military he began his over the road driving career. He takes pride in all aspects of his job, from on time pick-up and delivery to helping out new drivers in any way he can. David loves he open road and meets every day challenges he encounters as the true professional he is. He has been married to Carol for 22 years. She and


their shih tzu Keisha, the protector of the truck travel with David much of the year. RW
