are quality facilities services Imagine walking into your boardroom with the CEO of your key customer, knowing this is the crucial last meeting to secure your multi-million-pound deal. Yesterday’s dirty cups litter the table. Half the light-bulbs aren’t working and the plant in the corner looks as if it has spent a month in a hot desert. You lose the contract. The CEO goes away thinking that if you can’t be bothered to look after your own offices, why would you bother to look after him and his business?

Quality and reliable facilities services play an important role in oiling the wheels of business, whether it is quality catering, reliable daily cleaning or general security or handyman roles. Just as first impressions matter to customers, all staff within the office expect and deserve a quality environment in which to work.

At Brayborne, we have worked in the contract cleaning business in the South East for nearly 30 years and have recently re-launched the business as a facilities services provider to formalise a broader range of services that we have been delivering to customers for many years. We believe that our reputation is grounded in the level of quality, reliability and care that we bring to the daily cleaning and servicing of hundreds of offices, schools and shopping centres across the south of England – we work with

Making a positive impact on your clients is important and the comfort and well-being of your staff are paramount to the success of your business. We believe every client should have the peace of mind that goes with a reliable and consistent service, whether it is a regular daily clean or a range of facilities services in an office, school or shopping centre. We want everything to be perfect for everyone every day.
