ten new valve service centers around the world. By the end of 2014, the total number of Metso valve and field device service centers will exceed 40.

Services are provided for Metso and third-party field devices, including valves, actuators, smart devices and pumps. In addition, the service centers provide spare parts, field support and diagnostic services as well as training programs. Building on these technical services, Metso offers business solutions, such as Intelligent Shutdown, Intelligent Maintenance, Device Management and Control Performance, to optimize maintenance and production efficiency.
About the Horgau and Vitrolles service centers The Horgau global service center, located in Southern Germany near Munich, operates in the same premises as Metso’s Horgau valve manufacturing factory. ARC Machines Inc. have announced the appointment of Mr Jason Hayley as Director of Global Solutions, Semiconductor and High Purity, effective immediately. Mr Hayley is very well qualified
for his new position. Following his studies at the University of Texas, San Antonio, he has worked in manufacturing in a variety of supervisory and management roles primarily in business development. Since 1995 Jason has been
involved in orbital welding and providing welding solutions for the semiconductor, aerospace, and pharmaceutical industries. First as the business development / product designer of Orbital Engineered Designs, Inc. in Austin, TX and then as the director of sales and Operations of Orbital Technologies, Ltd. in Austin, TX. Most recently Jason has been the territory manager of Southwestern USA for AMI. He will manage AMI’s new,
existing and potential global customer base to provide solutions to individual welding challenges in the semiconductor and high purity market sector and will work based from his Texas location.
