to 4mm. The max production speed is 130 m/min for Carbon Steel and Ferritic stainless Steel and 100m/min for Austenitic Stainless Steel. The max tube length is 12m. The line set-up is fully automatic in forming section and in straightening section. Welding stand and sizing stand are easily removable by cassette and interchangeable by crane. The tube mill is complete with a fully automatic packaging line. With this tube mill our customer will serve the automotive market and also the construction, gas and water markets. Welding system is HF.

In Mexico we put in operation a complete HF tube mill for Ferritic Stainless Steel and Austenitic Stainless Steel. The tubes size range cover a range from OD 25.4mm to 80mm and related sections. The max thickness is 2.5mm and the max speed 130m/ min. The tube mill is complete with a fully automatic finishing line that include tube inspection and sample cutting system, internal bead removal station, chamfering and packaging lines. In Argentina we are commissioning a complete new HF tube mill for carbon steel tubes, up to OD 130mm and max 6mm

thickness. The tube mill include a quick change system for the forming and sizing sections and is complete with an automatic packaging line. In Russia we have completed

the installation of the three HF tube mill in Vyksa plant, OMK Group. The complete range for tubes start from 12,7 up to 127mm. Recently we signed some big orders for linear cage forming technology, three of them destined to produce square and rectangular sections. The installation of the first three tube mills will be completed by early next year.
