Good food at its best
PJ's Farmshop, sells locally sourced fresh produce, including meat, fruit and vegetables. We are now selling hot and cold food, including a choice of coffees, lunchtime meal deals and vegetable boxes which can be delivered.
Krishna Indian Restaurant, Headcorn. Established since 1990 and housed in a 15th century
building, the Krishna is definitely worth a visit. The menu has all the favourites along with a section of light and healthy dishes. These are cooked in very little oil(rapeseed) using fresh ingredients. The vegetables are cooked quickly to keep their goodness and only fresh ginger, garlic, a hint of chilli and some spices are added. Liz the proprietor says '' One of our most popular dishes is from southern India - Kerala Chicken. Flavoured with mustard seeds, curry leaves, fiery red chillies and laced with
coconut milk. Alternatively you could try it with our fresh local lamb.'' So .... definitely worth a visit!
