The latest primal fi tness trend to come out of the States, Animal Flow is a hybrid that takes in gymnastics, parkour, capoeira, and even break- dancing. What makes it hard is also what makes it so effective. ‘I had been looking for an alternative way to work out for some time,’ said Ian. ‘I was bored of the same old techniques - weights, running and other standard regimes.
