Group strengthens international presence by expanding in Korea


F


ontijne Grotnes Group will be opening a Sales and Service office in Korea. This


expansion was needed because of increasing sales and service activities in this region for the Group and they will be serving the following markets: • Wheel industry; design and manufacturing of steel wheel production lines for the automotive industry


• Tire and wheel Industry; tire and wheel assembly lines for (semi) automatic assembly and inflation of tubeless tires in normal or low profile type with steel and aluminum wheels of various dimensions.


• Canning and spinning equipment for any type of tubular construction, e.g. for exhaust catalytic converters.


• Process development and prototyping of spinformed hollow tubes shapes and assemblies to customer specifications.


• Pipe industry; design and construction of pipe-ends and Full Length Pipe Expanders for the pipe industry to optimize the quality of LSAW, HSAW and CRA Lined Pipes for the


transportation of oil and gas.


• Sizing and forming equipment for metalforming applications in the domestic appliance, aerospace, automotive and forging industry


• Global Services They are an equipment manufacturer with over 105


years of experience in multiple industries. The company is headquartered in the Netherlands with a sales and manufacturing office. The company has two sales and manufacturing offices in the USA (Michigan and Illinois) as well and sales and service


offices in China, Russia, India Japan and Korea, with a total staff of around 150 employees.

Strong growth for Breuckmann GmbH


For the second year in a row, Breuckmann has increased orders by about 30 % compared to the previous year. The leading provider of high precision white light scanners has achieved 28% of growth in 2012 and 32% in 2013, compared to the respective previous year. Thus, order volume has more than doubled since the acquisition of the company by Aicon 3D Systems GmbH. Especially big contributions

were made by the Breuckmann subsidiary in Shanghai, founded in 2012, and the Aicon subsidiary in Plymouth, Michigan. “We exceeded all our expectations, and it is already clear that our investments in new hard and software developments have paid off. Furthermore, the joint worldwide sales network of Aicon and Breuckmann gives us a good and close contact to our customers, and this
